    Lovely and great staff and cool accommodation. Bright and perfect units available with comfortable bed and big bath plus balcony. Marvellous and stunning location easy to get to from Oxford Circus or Tottenham Court Road tube stations, funky style building.

    The location was central, magnificent in the city centre of London. The room was very lovely, very comfy bed. The staff was very very helpful and incredibly attentive, and the service was excellent!

    Even though everything was amazing, some of the staff were really slow.

    They surprised us with a bottle of espresso martini and a cute card in our room. The jurema terrace was super beautiful and the service from adrian was fantastic! Jay was so helpful when we had some heating issue and upgraded us to a wow suite! Breakfast was tasty with great service.

    the only downside was the initial room being cold n the heating not working right away, kinda annoying.

    So I had my husband's 40th bash at Mandrake, and they left us a bottle of espresso martini-legendary! The Jurema Terrace was a stunner, and Adrian's service was great. Plus, the breakfast was delish, like the perfect hangover cure.

    But let's be real. As a hotel, it was all kinds of dodgy. Dirty rooms with zero daylight, and the party noise was loud enough to make you question your life choices. And I got slapped with an £850 penalty just to escape early!

    The Mandrake's unique atmosphere captured my attention immediately. Dark, intriguing decor and lush greenery created a surreal environment. I loved the Ginkgo Suite. It felt luxurious and cute. The staff surprised us for my husband's 40th birthday with a bottle of espresso martini and a lovely birthday card in our room. Breakfast on the Jurema Terrace was a highlight, with delicious options and great service. The heating in our initial room was inadequate and needed adjustment were good. Soundproofing could be improved. The noise from nearby events sometimes interrupted our peace. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the personal touches. The service, especially from Adrian, stood out for being attentive and friendly.

    The terrace bar seemed like a peachy oasis, perfect for relaxation, and the room was exquisite. My favorite was the shower, pure bliss with very nice pressure! Plus, the marvellous decor had me snapping pics all the time!

    This place is a feast for the senses! I stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday and was treated to a lovely surprise of a bottle of espresso martini and a sweet card in our room. The Jurema Terrace was simply beautiful for our dinner, and the service from Adrian was top-notch.
